Led by registered positive behavioural support practitioners, we employ diverse therapies such as cognitive behavioural therapy and dialectic behavioural therapy. Psychological Assessments and Intervention
It’s been a few months. You know your child needs extra support but you’re just not sure why. And you’re finding it hard to get any answers. We can help.
- Our psychologists service communities across Western Australia by flying out to conduct diagnostic assessment to assess if your loved one has any neurodevelopmental disorder or psychosocial disability which may help them get more tailored support. We are now taking referrals for this service. Fill in a referral form and we will send you further information.
- Our psychologists work in a collaborative and empathic way, providing evidence based clinical practice to participants with complex presentations that effect their daily functioning.

Sheryl Khoo
Behaviour Support Practitioner
Sheryl has degrees in Psychology and Counselling; dedicating herself to guide individuals through the various challenges that present in their life. She has held various roles in the disability sector, from a Support Coordinator to a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner, she continues to leverage her skills and experience to foster positive outcomes and enhance the quality of life for those she works with.
Sanuji Lokugamage
Psychologist/Behavioural Support Practitioner
Sanuji holds a Bachelor of Psychology, majoring in Family and Child Support, a Diploma in Community Services, and a Higher Diploma in Psychology. With nearly three years of committed experience in the mental health sector, Sanuji is deeply passionate about empowering clients, equipping them with the tools and knowledge to make informed decisions that positively shape their lives. Sanuji possesses a profound understanding of the ever-evolving challenges individuals face and is devoted to providing support during these defining life moments.
Sam Gandhi
Behaviour Support Practitioner
Sam is a seasoned professional with nearly four years of dedicated experience in the mental health sector. Sam possesses sound knowledge and expertise in working with uniquely abled clients, including those with neurodevelopmental and psychotic disorders. Committed to inclusiveness and empowerment, Sam strives to create a supportive environment where all individuals feel valued and respected on their journey towards mental well-being. Sam holds a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology and Counselling) and a Graduate Diploma of Psychology (Advanced).
Kayla Sleeman
Administration & Triage Coordinator
Passionate about helping people and making a difference no matter how big or how small, Kayla wants to have a career with a meaningful impact by making a difference in people’s lives. Having previously worked in aged care and pharmacy based roles for 10+ years with experience in administrative accounting she holds qualifications as a Health Services Assistance in pharmacy and is currently completing a Certificate IV In Mental Health.
Danielle Missler
Provisional Psychologist/Behaviour Support Practitioner
Born in Kalgoorlie and raised in the Pilbara town Newman, Danielle is a registered Provisional Psychologist currently completing her internship to obtain General registration. Danielle holds a Bachelor of Psychological Science (Honours) and is passionate about applying a holistic lens in understanding the uniqueness of the individual. She is experienced in working with clients with a wide range of presentations, including those with disabilities and complex diagnoses while using a compassionate, trauma-informed, culturally grounded approach.
Katie Paull
Behaviour Support Practitioner
Katie has been working for many years within the Positive Behaviour Support space, working alongside a wide range of client diagnoses and presentations. She has a Bachelor of Behavioural Science Degree and a Masters of Applied Behaviour Analysis. Katie adopts a person-centred approach throughout every interaction and creates individualised strategies to suit her client’s unique needs. She is passionate about educating and empowering her clients and their multidisciplinary support team to achieve an optimum state of wellbeing.
Matthew Woodford
Behavioural Support Practitioner
Matthew holds a Graduate Diploma of Psychology and Graduate Diploma of Psychology Advanced. Matthew has a great desire to collaborate with clients in empowering and equipping them to make fully informed decisions that positively impact their lives. Spending over 10 years in various youth work settings, Matthew has deep insight into the ever-changing environments and seasons that people find themselves in, and has a passion in helping navigate these life defining moments.
Anne-Sophie Larosa-Lesteven
Behaviour Support Practitioner/Provisional Psychologist
Anne-Sophie's passion for making a positive difference to others' lives began when, as a student, she volunteered for Mother Teresa in India. For over twenty years she has worked, in Australia, with vision impaired people, both children and adults. They often had additional diagnoses of depression and anxiety. To better understand the mental health challenges experienced by people living with a disability Anne-Sophie returned to university and recently graduated as a provisional psychologist. During her studies, she also developed an interest for the Science of Memory. Her research project investigated the factors that triggered memory errors in eyewitness testimony. As an immigrant from France, Anne-Sophie has a strong interest in cultures and finds fascinating to observe, how people's unique backgrounds influence their behaviours differently. She is looking forward to continuing to work collaboratively with people from all walks of life, in a respectful, attentive, and non-judgmental manner.
Shane McMenamin
Behavioural Support Practitioner/Provisional Psychologist
Shane has dedicated his career to the mental health sector. His academic background with a degree in Psychology has equipped him with the theoretical knowledge necessary to understand complex mental health issues, providing him with a strong foundation in human behaviour and mental processes. Throughout his professional journey, Shane has taken on various roles within the mental health field, gaining hands-on experience in addressing diverse challenges. Whether working directly with clients or contributing to supportive capacities, he has consistently demonstrated his commitment to enhancing mental health services and supporting those in need.
Faida Angelo
Behavioural Support Practitioner
Faida holds a degree in Psychology and Counselling and brings over five years of experience working across the disability and mental health sectors. Throughout her career, she has supported individuals of all ages and diverse backgrounds, helping them build independence, confidence, and life skills. Faida is passionate about empowering her clients, working collaboratively with them to overcome challenges and achieve their personal goals.
